The most common term used in our day to day life...FAILURE...a word that elicits fear, disappointment and discomfort.
People often say that we are a failure in our life just for a minor mistake and dealing with negativity and demotivation from others is a challenging situation, but it's important to remember that your worth and potential are not defined by other's opinion. You must know how to differentiate between negative criticism and the actual drawback. Take your time to sit back and think if you are genuinely wrong or not, if you are wrong then accept that criticism and work on it. Sometimes, people let out their stress or anger on us by saying that we are a failure but you must know how to ignore voices.
We can't always listen to the negative thoughts of other people as some day it will affect our minds and lives. Because it's a human tendency that listening to same or repeated words it will effect our subconscious mind and naturally we will accept it, leading a way to our downfall.
The best way to deal with this, is to channel the negative energy to your self-improvement to enhance your knowledge and prove it to yourself that you can overcome any challenge. Secondly disengage yourself from those conversations which makes you discomfort and focus your energy on your growth and development. Thirdly you must cherish yourself, your surrounding and your life, because self love is the best healing property to overcome the demotivation.
As already said, you are not defined by the opinion of others. Your journey is different and unique. Use the challenges as opportunities to learn and prove to yourself that you have strength and resilience to overcome it.
